Cet appartement est censé être un grand studio de 40m², mais l'installation de la cuisine dans un espace vitré et la hauteur sous plafond qui a permis l'installation d'un coin chambre en hauteur, accessible par un escalier un peu raide, en fait presque un deux pièces, en tout cas un appartement plein de caractère.

This apartment is supposed to be a large studio of 40m ², but the setup of the kitchen in a glazed area and the high ceilings that allowed the installation of a corner bedroom on a loft,  accessible by a staircase a little steep, make it  almost a two-room apartment, in any case full of character.
