Le St Giorgo Hotel de Mykonos est un de ces lieux qui fait la synthèse entre ses racines grecques et rustiques et le luxe simple que l'on attend d'un hôtel situé dans un lieu exceptionnel. La décoration intérieure est signée par l'ancien directeur de création des Design Hotels, Michael Schickinger, et par la designer Annabell Kutucu qui ont conservé l'architecture traditionnelle du lieu, et l'ont habilement meublé d'éléments de récupération et de kilims.

St Giorgio Hotel in Mykonos is one of those places that makes the synthesis between its Greek  and  rustic roots and the simple luxury as expected of an hotel located in an exceptional area. The interior is signed by the former creative director of Design Hotels, Michael Schickinger, and the designer Annabell Kutucu who kept the traditional architecture of the place, and have cleverly furnishedit with recycling elements and kilims.
