Je suis toujours étonnée, lorsque je vois une telle surface, c'est à dire 72m² de n'avoir qu'une chambre à disposition. En regardant le plan il semble tellement facile d'installer une chambre supplémentaire dans la cuisine, et de faire migrer la cuisine dans le salon (les évacuations sont dans la salle de bains contigüe), pièce que l'on peut agrandir en récupérant le placard et l'entrée, et avoir ainsi un confortable trois pièces convenant à une famille.

A plan to envolve
I am always surprised when I see such a surface, ie 72m² to have only one bedroom in it. Looking at the plan it seems so easy to install an extra bedroom in the kitchen, and migrate the kitchen into the living room (the evacuations are in the  adjoining bathroom) room that can be enlarged by recovering the closet and the entrance, toobtain  a comfortable three rooms apartment suitable for families.
