Ici on dispose de  48m², dans ce que nos voisins suédois appellent un deux pièces et demi. Une toute petite chambre ne permet pas l'installation d'un grand lit. Il serait judicieux d'envisager de scinder la pièce contigüe à la cuisine en deux, en créant une chambre côté fenêtre, utilisant l'autre partie pour installer la table près de la cuisine, et installer le salon côté cheminée. La toute petite chambre pourrait ainsi devenir un bureau ou un dressing.

A small bedroom doesn't allow installing a large bed It would be advisable to consider splitting the room next to the kitchen in two, creating a bedroom on the window side, using the other side to set the table near the kitchen, and install the  living room in the room where is the fireplace. The small room could become an office or a walk in closet
