Un duplex familial
Bien qu'il fasse 93m², ce duplex ne comporte que deux chambres, ce qui en fait un appartement familial destiné à une jeune famille avec un ou deux enfants au plus. C'est d'ailleurs la jolie chambre d'enfant qui me séduit le plus, avec le canapé en velours, et le ton gris chaleureux et profond des murs.
