Sans doute fallait-il un oeil expert pour arriver à concevoir une habitation de 150m² et sa piscine sur un petit terrain, exploiter au mieux la lumière naturelle, et la distribution des espaces sur deux niveaux.

It was an architect who designed this house in an intimate garden, in the heart of a beautiful Bordeaux district, presented by Espaces Atypiques. Undoubtedly, an expert eye was needed to design a 150m² home and its swimming pool on a small plot of land, to make the most of natural light, and to make the most of  the two-storey layout.
