Il a été développé par le studio El Sindicato Arquitectura et cherche à résoudre les besoins fondamentaux d'habitabilité pour une personne ou un couple, en garantissant tout le confort dans un espace minimum. L'OSB est une partie intégrante de la décoration, pensée de façon simplissime. Une grande fenêtre exposée au nord, un atout essentiel dans l'autre hémisphère, permet l'entrée de la lumière naturelle et ouvre la vue sur la ville et les volcans environnants.

Tiny urban house with a view of the city

12 m² in the middle of town, here is a tiny urban house. Casa Parásito is a project located on a building in the San Juan district of Quito, Ecuador. It was developed by the El Sindicato Arquitectura studio and aims to solve the basic needs of habitability for a person or a couple, guaranteeing all comfort in a minimum space. The OSB is an integral part of the decoration, designed in a simple way. A large window facing north, an essential asset in the other hemisphere, allows natural light to enter and opens the view of the city and surrounding volcanoes.
