Un trésor de briques dans un appartement sous les toits à la décoration contemporaine

Lorsque Nonia Diaz de la Cruz, directrice de ND Interiorismo y Design a commencé la rénovation de cet appartement sous les toits de Madrid, elle a découvert un véritable trésor : un mur de briques dans la salle à manger qui a été l'élément principal autour duquel s'est organisé le plan de l'appartement. Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble classique du début du siècle dernier à Madrid, ce duplex mansardé a été entièrement transformé en collaboration avec le studio Espacio GO, afin de le rendre confortable et fonctionnel. La terrasse et sa vue sur la ville ont été les autres éléments déterminants lors de l'achat de ce lieu à la belle lumière et à la décoration contemporaine. Photo : Carla Capdevila

Brick treasure in an apartment under the roofs with a contemporary decoration
When Nonia Diaz de la Cruz, director of ND Interiorismo y Design, began renovating this apartment under the rooftops of Madrid, she discovered a real treasure: a brick wall in the dining room that was the main element around which the layout of the apartment was organized. Located on the top floor of a classic building from the beginning of the last century in Madrid, this attic duplex has been completely transformed in collaboration with Espacio GO studio, in order to make it comfortable and functional.
