On peut parfois reprocher aux espaces de type loft d'être trop vastes, et peu chaleureux. Celui-ci situé à Lyon et issu de la réhabilitation d'une ancienne menuiserie, a juste la surface qu'il faut pour être confortable pour une famille avec ses 88m² (80m² carrez). S'il a de beaux volumes, comme on est en droit de l'attendre dans ce type de logement, il n'en fait pas trop et propose des pièces de surface confortables mais qui savent rester intime. Les murs patinés de l'ancienne menuiserie et les poutres en béton qui rappellent son origine donnent une allure très chaleureuse à ce lieu présenté par Espaces Atypiques, et sont combinées parfaitement avec une décoration contemporaine. If it has beautiful volumes, as one is entitled to expect in this type of housing, it does not overdo it and offers comfortable surface rooms but which know how to remain intimate. The patinated walls of the former carpentry and the concrete beams that recall its origin give a very warm look to this place presented by Espaces Atypiques, and are perfectly combined with a contemporary decoration.
