With its enchanting view of the Eiffel Tower from its terrace on the top floor, day and night, Philippe Starck's latest project is a Parisian dream that can be realised by staying at the Brach Hotel. Installed in a former postal sorting site, this boutique-hotel has become a truly atypical place to live, with its warm and comfortable bedrooms and suites, but also a grocery shop, and a vegetable garden and chicken coop on the rooftop. There is also a 22-metre swimming pool, and a Himalayan salt cave, in short, a place like no other! Photo: Guillaume de Laubier
