Ce loft new yorkais a été agrandi avec un container grâce aux professionnels du studio LOT-EK spécialisé dans la construction à base de la récupération d'anciens modules, qui a ajouté un élément de 20 pieds sur le niveau haut permettant l'accès à une terrasse ainsi qu'un autre en bas pour agrandir le salon et créer une chambre. Le niveau bas est installé dans un ancien atelier et bénéficie également de terrasses avec une vue magnifique sur l'Empire State Building. La décoration vintage est chaleureuse, mais les principaux atouts de ce loft à vendre de 80m² environ, sont sans aucun doute sa localisation dans le quartier de Manhattan, ses espaces extérieurs, et son architecture atypique. This New York loft has been extended with a container thanks to the professionals of studio LOT-EK, which specialises in the construction of buildings based on the recovery of old modules, and which has added a 20-foot element on the upper level allowing access to a terrace, and another one downstairs to enlarge the living room and create a bedroom. The lower level is installed in a former workshop and also benefits from terraces with a magnificent view of the Empire State Building. The vintage decoration is warm, but the main assets of this 80m² loft for sale are without any doubt its location in the Manhattan area, its outdoor spaces, and its atypical architecture.
