Ce grand studio à la décoration grise a bénéficié d'un aménagement bien pensé qui l'a presque transformé en un appartement de deux-pièces, même si l'alcôve qui accueille la chambre n'est pas fermée. Il est rare, sauf dans les immeubles anciens de trouver un grand studio de cette superficie. Le prix du mètre carré dans nos villes a fait fondre les surfaces, au point que pour une telle superficie, on trouve parfois des appartements avec deux chambres (quand ils sont bien pensés, ils peuvent être tout à fait agréables à vivre).
Que manque t'il dans ce grand studio transformé? Pas grand chose, ni une salon décoré à la scandinave avec ses tons naturels et gris, très lumineux avec ses grandes fenêtres, ni une cuisine équipée design et légèrement colorée, ni un espace dressing attenant à la chambre, ni enfin une salle d'eau aux finitions parfaites. Sans doute un extérieur aurait été bienvenu, mais la situation dans un immeuble ancien et dans un quartier animée d'une ville suédoise est idéale pour celui ou celle qui aime la vie citadine. On se fera une raison, puisque sans cela, ce grand studio est proche de la perfection n'est-ce pas?

Not much, neither a living room decorated in Scandinavian style with its natural and grey tones, very luminous with its large windows, nor a design and slightly coloured kitchen, nor a dressing room adjoining the bedroom, nor finally a perfectly finished shower room. No doubt an exterior would have been welcome, but the location in an old building and in a lively area of a Swedish city is ideal for those who like city life.We won't mind, because without it, this large studio is close to perfection, isn't it?
