Created by reclaiming the attic space of a classically designed building constructed in 1927 by architect Nils Olsson, here is a duplex flat with a terrace, a penthouse with a panoramic view of Gothenburg in Sweden. It has a contemporary feel with designer furniture and antique elements such as the beautiful brick wall in the living room.

The large living space is composed of a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen all in the same room with its atypical volumes and black painted beams. A glass panel can be found in various rooms of the flat, firstly in the kitchen, where it follows the slope of the architecture to accommodate the dishes like a showcase, and then in the master bedroom upstairs, where it serves as a glass partition in the dressing room. On colder evenings, the fire crackles in the elegant stove of this duplex flat with terrace, with a successful contemporary decoration.
