Les propriétaires de Old Hay Barn, un des bâtiments de Bibury Farms Barn, ont passé deux ans à transformé les cinq bâtisses d'une ancienne exploitation agricole en maisons de vacances. Située dans les Cotswolds, une région pleine de charme en Angleterre, cette maison bénéficie d'une décoration chaleureuse, faite de tons sourds, presque flamands, où le kaki s'associe au jaune ou au noir. Le bois, la pierre, les poutres anciennes lui donnent une allure néo rustique, à la fois authentique et élégante.
On imagine bien se lover dans les canapés profonds autour du poêle, en regardant par les fenêtres le soir descendre sur la campagne environnante dans le grand salon à la décoration chaleureuse. The owners of Old Hay Barn, one of the Bibury Farms Barn buildings, have spent two years transforming the five buildings of a former farm into holiday homes. Located in the Cotswolds, a charming region of England, the house is decorated in warm, muted, almost Flemish tones, where khaki is combined with yellow or black. The wood, stone and old beams give it a neo rustic look, both authentic and elegant.
You can imagine curling up in the deep sofas around the stove, looking out of the windows at the evening descending on the surrounding countryside in the large, warmly decorated lounge. The farm animals are present but in the form of black and white art photographs, always with the aim of bringing together the country spirit with contemporary elegance.
