Le plan de cet appartement est très particulier puisque l'étage n'accueille que la salle de bain recouverte d'un sobre terrazzo, très en vogue depuis quelques années. Il profite également d'un patio, un endroit très agréable pour un appartement, calme et à l'abri des regards indiscrets.

Le style recherché est intemporel, authentique  et neutre, et c'est une vraie réussite. Des matériaux nobles ont été utilisés, du bois et de la pierre dans tous les espaces. Sur le salon, s'ouvre une chambre vitrée, qui bénéficie ainsi de la lumière apportée par la pièce principale, puisqu'elle ne possède pas de fenêtre. In Seville, Spain, this flat, a small duplex, has been renovated by Arancha Mato, in a style with natural colours, mixing wooden furniture with fibres. The layout of this flat is very special, with only the bathroom on the first floor covered with a sober terrazzo, which has been very fashionable in recent years. It also has a patio, a very pleasant place for a flat, quiet and protected from prying eyes.

The style is timeless, authentic and neutral, and it is a real success. Noble materials were used, wood and stone in all the spaces. The living room opens onto a glazed bedroom, which benefits from the light provided by the main room, as it has no windows. The kitchen of this small duplex is separated from the living room by the contemporary staircase, and remains open without being too present in the room.
