Il est issu de la réunion par les architectes de 33BY Architecture, de deux anciens appartements dont la principale qualité était la luminosité apportée par les grandes fenêtres donnant sur le stade olympique de la ville.
La tâche principale était de créer un intérieur contemporain et léger pour un jeune couple et leur chien en utilisant des matériaux naturels, en ouvrant les espaces, et en le meublant avec des meubles au design iconique. Un certain minimalisme est de mise, tout en offrant un intérieur chaleureux, grâce à la grande présence du bois et de la pierre. Fritz Hansen, Louis Poulsen, Normann Copenhagen, Smeg, voici quelques noms et marques connus que l'on retrouve dans les pièces de cet appartement au design scandinave, sans que l'on s'en lasse. This Scandinavian design flat, with sober colours and contemporary materials such as terrazzo, is located in Kiev in a residential complex. It was created by the architects of 33BY Architecture by combining two former flats whose main quality was the brightness provided by the large windows overlooking the city's Olympic stadium.
The main task was to create a contemporary and light interior for a young couple and their dog by using natural materials, opening up the spaces, and furnishing it with iconic design furniture. A certain minimalism is adopted, while offering a warm interior, thanks to the strong presence of wood and stone.
