Propriété de la même famille depuis 40 ans, ce lumineux appartement des années 1960, nécessitait une rénovation totale. C'est Créateurs d'intérieur, collectif d'architectes d'intérieur à Lyon, qui a été chargé de la réalisation du projet de la petite-fille héritière de l'ancienne propriétaire, sa grand-mère. Elle avait des idées bien précises, aidée par sa mère qui y avait passé toute son enfance. Ce bel appartement et ses nombreuses fenêtres était un lieu de vie agréable à moderniser en fonction des besoins contemporains et c'est ce qui a été réalisé ici.
L’ architecte d’intérieur a donc privilégié les zones de passage en optimisant les ouvertures de l'entrée, du salon et de la cuisine. Owned by the same family for 40 years, this luminous 1960s flat needed a total renovation. Créateurs d'intérieur, a collective of interior architects in Lyon, was commissioned to carry out the project by the granddaughter of the former owner, her grandmother. She had very specific ideas, helped by her mother who had spent her entire childhood there. This beautiful flat with its many windows was a pleasant place to live in, and it had to be modernised according to contemporary needs, which is what was done here.
The interior designer therefore focused on the areas of transition by optimising the openings in the entrance hall, the living room and the kitchen. He also created a colour harmony that energises the white walls, with blue (note the painted ceiling in the kitchen, an original idea to enhance the style of this room) combined with saffron yellow, as well as black and grey, to bring a real contemporary signature to this 1960s flat.
