Même si ce trois-pièces est d'une surface raisonnable avec ses 64m2, il n'en frise pas moins la perfection, grâce à un plan bien distribué. Il est fait d'un salon et de deux chambres de taille raisonnable, et la superficie de la cuisine a permis d'installer un espace salle à manger. Les coloris sont doux, le mobilier léger mais il ne manque rien de l'indispensable, même pas un bureau String bien équipé, et cerise sur le gâteau, alors que nous sommes loin des grands appartements suédois à la Haussmann, on y trouve même le poêle en faïence ancien de nos rêves.
