Une designer experte en rangement a rénové cet appartement délabré
Cet appartement espagnol situé à Zarautz, autrefois délabré totalement, a entièrement été rénové par l'architecte d'intérieur Amaia Elias. A la tête d'Amai Studio, cette designer experte en rangement certifiée par Marie Kondo a réalisé cette rénovation pour elle-même. D'une surface de 71m2, l'appartement regroupe deux fonctions : un logement de 52m2 où la décoration naturelle règne, et un espace de travail de 19m2 pour Amaia.
Grâce à la belle cloison vitrée qui sépare le salon du bureau qui permet à la lumière de circuler librement dans l'espace, les fonctions sont clairement définies tout en s'interconnectant. Cette cloison a été fabriquée à partir de matériaux recyclés, comme la plupart des meubles de la maison, et c'était autrefois une ancienne fenêtre abandonnée sur un chantier de construction. La table basse et la table de salle à manger sont elles, fabriquées à partir de vieux escaliers. Les poutres en béton dans le salon et la chambre donnent un réelle personnalité à cet appartement rénové par cette designer experte, avec un budget limité.
This Spanish flat in Zarautz, once totally dilapidated, has been completely renovated by interior designer Amaia Elias. Head of Amai Studio, this Marie Kondo-certified expert designer did the renovation for herself. With a surface area of 71m2, the flat has two functions: a 52m2 living space where natural decoration reigns, and a 19m2 work space for Amaia.
Thanks to the beautiful glass partition that separates the living room from the office, which allows light to circulate freely in the space, the functions are clearly defined yet interconnected. This partition was made from recycled materials, as was most of the furniture in the house, and was once an old abandoned window on a construction site. The coffee table and dining room table are made from old stairs. The concrete beams in the living room and bedroom give a real personality to this flat renovated by this expert designer on a budget.
