Flottant au-dessus de São Paulo, ce loft au design contemporain est situé dans l'immeuble emblématique Lacerda, dans le quartier de Sumarezinho, un quartier vallonné de la ville. Conçu par l'architecte brésilien rénommé Isay Weinfeld, cette tour contemporaine de 17 étages semble planer au-dessus du sol, surmontée de terrasses aménagées qui couronnent la structure de verdure.
L'immeuble est surtout réservé aux commerces et bureaux, mais on trouve dans les étages les plus élevés des appartements, dont ce loft au design contemporain, qui offre des vues panoramiques sur la ville. Les intérieurs ont également été conçus par le même architecte qui rend ici hommage au design et aux matériaux du pays, avec des couleurs et des bois chaleureux. Ce loft dispose d'un salon, d'une cuisine intégrée avec coin repas, d'une salle de bains, d'une chambre en mezzanine qui vous permet de découvrir encore mieux le paysage , et d'un balcon qui laisse le regard s'échapper au loin sur la ville.

The building is mainly dedicated to retail and office space, but the higher floors are home to flats, including this contemporary loft design, which offers panoramic views of the city. The interiors have also been designed by the same architect, who pays homage to local design and materials with warm colours and woods. The loft has a living room, a fitted kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a mezzanine bedroom that allows you to see even more of the landscape, and a balcony that lets you look out over the city.
