Ce loft espagnol dans un ancien garage garde les traces de son passé
Ce qui est intéressant lorsqu'on installe un loft dans un ancien bâtiment industriel, c'est de garder au moins quelques traces de son passé. Cela préserve l'authenticité des lieux. Il n'est pas question de réaliser "une décoration de type loft", mais bien un loft authentique alors. Ce loft espagnol a été installé dans un ancien garage dont il conserve les vieux murs de briques soigneusement repeints en blanc pour augmenter la luminosité.
Avec les traces du passé bien conservées, ce loft espagnol qui était à l'origine un garage a bénéficié d'une rénovation complète réalisée par l'équipe d'architectes de NáBITO. L'esprit industriel est bien présent, avec l'escalier en acier fabriqué à partir de métal trouvé sur place, peint en blanc qui mène à la mezzanine où le lit a été installé, le sol en béton, et même l'ancienne fosse destinée à regarder sous les véhicules, qui a été habillée d'un sol en bois et qui est devenue une douche.
