Cet appartement rénové à Barcelone a conservé ses beaux éléments anciens, comme les magnifiques fenêtres en arc qui sont typiques de son époque de construction dans le quartier de l' Eixample. C'est le studio de design d'intérieur A&B Curated qui a été chargé du projet, pour ce lieu situé dans un immeuble moderniste. Ne pas trahir l'esprit du passé tout en apportant une décoration contemporaine plus en accord avec la vie des propriétaires, voici ce qui était le but avoué de cette actualisation.
Les professionnels du studio de design ont mis en valeur la luminosité et les volumes majestueux de cet appartement, malgré un budget de rénovation relativement faible, car il ne constitue pas la résidence principale de ses propriétaires, mais un pied-à-terre dans la grande ville espagnole. Une grande partie du plan d'origine a donc été conservé, et les beaux éléments de cet appartement rénové à Barcelone ont été soigneusement rénovés, comme les boiseries, la cheminée du salon, et les moulures. This refurbished flat in Barcelona has retained its beautiful old features, such as the magnificent arched windows that are typical of its construction period in the Eixample district. The interior design studio A&B Curated was in charge of the project, for this place located in a modernist building. The aim of this update was not to betray the spirit of the past, but to provide a contemporary decoration more in keeping with the life of the owners.
The design studio's professionals have enhanced the flat's luminosity and majestic volumes, despite a relatively low renovation budget, as it is not the owners' main residence, but a pied-à-terre in the big Spanish city. Much of the original floor plan has therefore been retained, and the beautiful features of this renovated Barcelona flat have been carefully restored, such as the woodwork, the fireplace in the living room, and the mouldings.
