La décoration noire et blanche de cette petite maison suédoise de 29m2 est sobre mais a un aspect plutôt accueillant. Les propriétaires, même s'ils ont choisi des couleurs minimalistes, n'ont pas opté pour des lignes trop design, mais au contraire pour du mobilier aux lignes classiques. Le canapé blanc semble moelleux, avec ses gros coussins et se pose sur un tapis gris aux longues fibres. La lumière qui provient des grandes baies vitrées illumine l'intérieur avec douceur de cette petite maison dont la superficie au sol est de 22m2, et celle de la mezzanine qui accueille la chambre mansardée de 7m2.
Dans cette pièce c'est également une décoration noire et blanche qui a été choisie, même si elle est cachée de la pièce principale par un garde-corps ajouré qui ajoutent du rythme à l'espace, on conserve ainsi l'impression d'ensemble. Quoique petite, il ne manque rien dans cette maison, y compris le coin bureau presque isolé du reste. Il y a assez de place pour installer une petite table pour les repas pour deux, celle qui est sur la terrasse et qui peut être rapatriée à l'intérieur quand le temps n'est pas idéal. Bien entendu l'accès à la chambre pourra sembler un peu trop acrobatique, et réservé à des personnes agiles, mais l'ensemble de la surface est plutôt bien exploité et réussi. In this room, a black and white decoration has also been chosen, even if it is hidden from the main room by an openwork railing that adds rhythm to the space, thus preserving the overall impression. Although small, there is nothing missing in this house, including the office area which is almost isolated from the rest. There is enough space for a small dining table for two, the one on the terrace, which can be moved inside when the weather is not ideal. Of course the access to the bedroom may seem a bit too acrobatic, and reserved for agile people, but the whole area is rather well exploited and successful.
