C'est dans un ancien entrepôt transformé en appartement avec vue sur un terrain de polo, que ce mini loft de 56m2 en style vintage est devenu le lieu de vie de la designer et artiste Nat Abad. Situé au 8ème étage face au Campo Argentino de Polo, la Mecque de ce sport en Argentine, ce studio avec mezzanine était idéal pour exprimer la créativité de sa nouvelle propriétaire. Elle a été séduite immédiatement pour sa vue sur le vert des pelouses, et la terrasse investie dès les premières belles journées, dont la surface augmente l'espace disponible de ce mini loft de 56m2 plein de caractère.
Avec ses éléments en fer et bois, il était le point de départ idéal pour créer son appartement de rêve, sans doute petit, mais aux espaces ouverts et aux volumes intéressants, parfait pour une personne seule ou le couple qu'elle forme avec son fiancé. Avec la designer textile Catalina Richini, Nat a fondé la galerie Natural Art basée à Buenos Aires et à Madrid. Pour la plupart de leurs travaux, ils utilisent des encres naturelles à base de charbon actif sur du lin et du coton teintés à la main avec du café et du thé. C'est donc vers une approche naturelle et le recyclage qu'elle s'est tournée pour aménager son appartement. Photo : Javier Picerno
In a former warehouse transformed into a flat overlooking a polo field, this 56m2 vintage-style mini loft became the home of designer and artist Nat Abad. Located on the 8th floor facing the Campo Argentino de Polo, the Mecca of this sport in Argentina, this studio with a mezzanine was ideal to express the creativity of its new owner. She was immediately seduced by the view of the green lawns, and the terrace, which is used on the first beautiful days, and which increases the available space of this mini loft of 56m2 full of character.
With its iron and wood elements, it was the ideal starting point to create her dream flat, undoubtedly small, but with open spaces and interesting volumes, perfect for a single person or the couple she forms with her boyfriend. Together with textile designer Catalina Richini, Nat founded the Natural Art gallery based in Buenos Aires and Madrid. For most of their work, they use natural inks based on activated charcoal on linen and cotton hand-dyed with coffee and tea. So it was a natural approach and recycling that she turned to when furnishing her flat. Photo: Javier Picerno
