Un loft lumineux et multi niveaux rénové par une architecte

L'architecte Paula Araujo Varas a trouvé dans la ville de Crespo en Argentine, un espace parfait pour elle, mais qui était délabré et nécessitait une profonde rénovation. En tant que professionnelle aguerrie, elle a su en voir tout le potentiel et l'a transformé en un loft lumineux et multi niveaux, après de lourds travaux. Elle en a fait un espace ouvert et flexible, sans divisions, qui s'adapte à sa vie quotidienne active et sa nouvelle vie de couple avec son compagnon.

Ce loft lumineux et multi niveaux est devenue également sa meilleure carte de visite pour présenter son studio d'architecture, AAV, qu'elle a créé tout en faisant partie de l'équipe de Adamo-Faiden Arquitectos. Il lui a fallu toute une année pour réaliser ce que nous découvrons ici, un appartement conçu à la fois pour le travail et habiter, avec des espaces qui peuvent être modulés en fonction des besoins. Bright, multi-level loft renovated by an architect

Architect Paula Araujo Varas found a space in the city of Crespo, Argentina, that was perfect for her, but it was dilapidated and in need of extensive renovation. As a seasoned professional, she saw the potential and transformed it into a bright, multi-level loft after extensive work. She has made it an open and flexible space, without divisions, that fits her busy daily life and her new life as a couple with her partner.

This bright, multi-level loft has also become her best business card to present her architecture studio, AAV, which she created while being part of the Adamo-Faiden Arquitectos team. It took her a whole year to create what we see here, a flat designed for both work and living, with spaces that can be modulated according to need.
