Baptisée "Il Ruscello" (en hommage au ruisseau qui longe l'arrière de la propriété), elle est dotée d'une superbe piscine et d'une terrasse ensoleillée et d'une décoration intérieure élégante et sobre. Cette grande bâtisse est une réinterprétation contemporaine de la cabane en bois, version raffinée. Sa grande pièce principale qui regroupe le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine ouverte est sans doute l'espace qui retient toute l'attention.

Named 'Il Ruscello' (after the stream that runs along the back of the property), it boasts a stunning swimming pool and sun deck, and an elegant, understated interior design. This large building is a contemporary reinterpretation of the wooden hut, a refined version. The main room, which includes the living room, the dining room and the open kitchen, is undoubtedly the space that catches the eye.

Looking at the other photos, we also discover bedrooms with natural decoration, bathrooms with modern design, all treated with beautiful materials. As I said, this is a wooden house with discreet luxury, nothing is in the appearance but rather in the quality of the details and finishes.
