C'est dans une ancienne boulangerie industrielle que se trouve cet appartement parfait. La perfection n'existe pas me direz-vous, et c'est une notion toute personnelle. Quels sont les éléments qui font que à mes yeux, nous sommes ici en train de visiter un appartement parfait? Sa situation en premier lieu dans un lieu industriel centenaire, on aime les lieux avec une histoire, et la boulangerie Bergman, qui a été la première boulangerie à produire professionnellement du pain croustillant au levain en Suède est un bâtiment industriel construit en 1917.
Le mélange des genres ensuite, j'aime ce style industriel qui n'en fait pas trop dans le cliché et qui se mélange à une décoration contemporaine aux tons intemporels. On sent qu'ici, les modes furtives et la slow décoration n'ont pas leur place. On peut revenir dans 10 ans, cet intérieur n'aura sans doute pas pris une ride. L'architecture de cet appartement est à la fois esthétique et fonctionnelle, et le choix des matériaux est classique et durable, on y trouve de la pierre, du bois massif, un parquet en chêne, et des murs peints avec des peintures Farrow & Ball. La qualité des matériaux se ressent dans toutes les pièces, aucun espace n'est négligé. Enfin, cet appartement parfait est situé en étage élevé, avec une jolie vue sur les toits colorés de Stockholm, dans un quartier typique et recherché, et il est orienté au sud. Que demander de plus? First of all, its location in a century old industrial place, we like places with a history, and Bergman's Bakery, which was the first bakery to professionally produce crusty sourdough bread in Sweden, is an industrial building dating from 1917.
The mix of genres, I like the industrial style that doesn't overdo the cliché and that mixes with a contemporary decoration with timeless tones. You can feel that here, the furtive fashions and the slow decoration have no place. We can come back in 10 years, this interior will undoubtedly not have aged a bit. The architecture of this flat is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and the choice of materials is classic and durable, with stone, solid wood, oak flooring, and walls painted with Farrow & Ball paints. The quality of the materials can be felt in every room, no space is neglected. Finally, this perfect flat is located on a high floor, with a nice view of the colourful roofs of Stockholm, in a typical and sought-after neighbourhood, and it is south-facing.
