Décoration noire et design pour un appartement hors-normes à Londres
Le concepteur de meubles et architecte Juliano Cordano a pris en charge la rénovation de cet appartement à Londres, un triplex atypique, pour en faire un espace familial hors-normes. Avec sa décoration noire et sa terrasse sur le toit, cet appartement design n'est pas forcément celui que l'on attend dans un ancien bâtiment classé et ancien. Dans ce luxueux intérieur, l'acier maillé et rouillé, l'Iroko et le chêne se mélangent, avec quelques touches de couleurs primaires pour dynamiser cette décoration noire.
Dans la partie réception de l'appartement, l'espace comporte le salon et la salle à manger, illuminés par un mur vitré qui offre une vue sur les toits de Londres. La cuisine est ouverte sur cet espace, et se cache en partie derrière un rideau pour plus de discrétion, lorsque cela semble nécessaire. Un escalier en colimaçon sur mesure, construit en acier brut, monte jusqu'au toit-terrasse aménagée avec des plantes, qui offre des vues spectaculaires à 360 degrés sur la ville. Cet appartement à la décoration noire est sans doute un des plus originaux que nous ayons eu l'occasion de voir sur le blog, et s'il ne plaira pas à tous, il reste un bel endroit à découvrir sans aucun doute.
Furniture designer and architect Juliano Cordano took on the renovation of this London flat, an atypical triplex, to make it an unusual family space. With its black décor and rooftop terrace, this designer flat is not necessarily what you'd expect in an old, listed building. In this luxurious interior, mesh and rusted steel, Iroko and oak are mixed together, with a few touches of primary colours to energise the black decoration.
In the reception area of the flat, the space includes the living and dining room, illuminated by a glass wall that offers a view of the London skyline. The kitchen is open to this space, and is partly hidden behind a curtain for privacy when necessary. A bespoke spiral staircase, built in raw steel, climbs to the planted roof terrace, which offers spectacular 360 degree views of the city. This black decorated flat is probably one of the most original we have seen on the blog, and while it may not appeal to everyone, it is still a beautiful place to discover without a doubt.
