Un appartement de trois-pièces de 60m2 sans place perdue
Ce petit appartement de trois-pièces de 60 m2 en Espagne a été réaménagé par l'architecte d'intérieur Pia Capdevila qui a su en tirer le meilleur, exploitant chaque surface avec des solutions ingénieuses. Nous sommes ici dans le premier logement acheté par un couple, qui désirait avoir deux chambres pour leur jeune famille, tout en gardant une certaine impression d'espace dans un volume plutôt limité. Il désirait aussi de la chaleur, de la couleur (mais pas trop), et que l'appartement soit un véritable refuge urbain.
Afin de réaliser le projet dans cet appartement de trois-pièces, l'architecte d'intérieur a inversé certaines pièces et découvert le plafond aux voûtes catalanes qui était caché derrière un faux plafond banal. Il a été peint en blanc afin d'offrir plus de luminosité au salon, et lui donne une grande personnalité. Chaque meuble a été choisi en fonction de ses dimensions précises, et certains ont été réalisés sur mesure, afin de s'intégrer au mieux dans la surface disponible sans entraver la circulation. Avec ce mélange de styles très personnel, l'ensemble est chaleureux, moderne et contemporain. Et si la surface est limitée, l'impression de bien-être lorsqu'on entre dans ce lieu ne l'est jamais ! This small 60m2 two bedroom flat in Spain has been refurbished by interior designer Pia Capdevila who has made the most of it, exploiting every surface with ingenious solutions. Here we are in the first home purchased by a couple who wanted to have two bedrooms for their young family, while still maintaining a sense of space in a rather limited volume. They also wanted warmth, colour (but not too much), and for the flat to be a real urban refuge.
In order to realise the project in this 60m2 two bedroom flat, the interior designer reversed some of the rooms and revealed the Catalan vaulted ceiling that was hidden behind a commonplace false ceiling. It was painted white to give the living room more light and personality. Each piece of furniture was chosen according to its precise dimensions, and some were made to measure, in order to fit in the available surface without obstructing the movement. With this very personal mix of styles, the whole is warm, modern and contemporary. And if the surface area is limited, the feeling of well-being when you enter this place is never!
