Lu Cannicsioni est une ancienne bergerie du 18è siècle face à la mer Méditerranée et la Corse, une maison en pierres en Sardaigne qui était autrefois habitée par des ânes. Ce charmant petit animal a laissé la place à Laura et Quentin, créateurs des robes de mariées Lorafolk à Paris. Ils en ont fait un paradis pour les vacances, après trois longues années de rénovation. L'ancienne bergerie, tout en haut d'une colline, est entourée d'oliviers et proche des plages de cette île magnifique aux eaux claires.
La maison respire l'authenticité, chaque matériau, chaque meuble ou objet a été choisi soigneusement par le couple, et les travaux réalisés par des artisans locaux. Le terrain et la bâtisse sont un site classé et protégé, et en conséquence, le paysage inchangé pour les prochains siècles. Et l'on ne peut que se réjouir d'une telle rénovation qui donne un lieu respectant son environnement mais également une maison de vacances à l'ambiance chaleureuse, simple et belle face à mer.
Lu Cannicsioni is a former Sardinian sheepfold from the 18th century facing the Mediterranean Sea and Corsica, a stone house that was once inhabited by donkeys. This charming little animal has given way to Laura and Quentin, designers of Lorafolk wedding dresses in Paris. They have turned it into a holiday paradise after three long years of renovation. The former sheepfold, high on a hill, is surrounded by olive trees and close to the beaches of this beautiful island with clear waters.
The house exudes authenticity, every material, every piece of furniture and object has been carefully chosen by the couple, and the work done by local craftsmen. The land and the building are a listed and protected site, and as a result, the landscape is unchanged for centuries to come. And one can only be delighted with such a renovation which gives a place respecting its environment but also a holiday home with a warm, simple and beautiful atmosphere facing the sea.
