La décoration de cette grande maison familiale avec terrasse et jardin à Madrid a été revue par l'architecte d'intérieur Alberto Torres de Estudio PortobelloStreet. Conçue sur quatre niveaux, la maison qui a une surface totale de 366m2 est faite d'un mélange d'influences de styles, comme l'industriel ou le classique contemporain, presque minimaliste. Elle a également deux salons et deux cuisines, afin de séparer clairement la vie à l'extérieur et la vie à l'intérieur. On remarque la prédominance du bois, et des murs en tasseaux de bois dans la chambre principale et les pièces donnant sur la terrasse.
Le papier-peint exotique se marie parfaitement à ce bois sombre, et donne une atmosphère chaleureuse à la cuisine qui donne sur la terrasse. Dans d'autres pièces comme l'entrée, ou la chambre d'enfants mais encore dans la montée d'escalier, on retrouve le choix de la couleur et du papier-peint. Malgré ces différentes influences, il existe une certaine homogénéité dans la décoration de cette grande maison familiale avec terrasse, et chaque membre de la famille, du plus jeune au plus âgé trouve sa place sans problème. The decoration of this large family house with terrace and garden in Madrid was designed by the interior architect Alberto Torres of Estudio PortobelloStreet. Designed on four levels, the house, which has a total surface area of 366m2, is made up of a mixture of influences from styles such as industrial and classic contemporary, almost minimalist. It also has two living rooms and two kitchens, in order to clearly separate outdoor and indoor living. The predominance of wood, with slatted walls in the master bedroom and the rooms leading to the terrace, is noticeable.
The exotic wallpaper blends in perfectly with this dark wood, and gives a warm atmosphere to the kitchen that opens onto the terrace. In other rooms, such as the entrance hall, the children's bedroom and the staircase, the choice of colour and wallpaper is repeated. Despite these different influences, there is a certain homogeneity in the decoration of this large family house with terrace, and each member of the family, from the youngest to the oldest, finds his or her place without any problem.
