Cet appartement de 110m2 avec terrasse a été aménagé de façon contemporaine en Espagne par Egue y Seta, le renommé studio de design intérieur. Comme il s'agissait de prendre en charge un appartement situé dans une construction neuve, il n'a pas été nécessaire de changer le plan qui était dès le départ fonctionnel et correspondait aux désirs des propriétaires. Les designers ont joué sur la couleur et les matériaux pour lui donner une véritable identité. Le lieu est moderne et coloré tout en restant assez neutre.

La grande terrasse de 77m2, un véritable solarium en plein ciel est le point fort de cet appartement moderne situé en dernier étage et a été traité comme une pièce supplémentaire de cet appartement. Elle s'ajoute au balcon du salon qui est un espace extérieur supplémentaire pour cet appartement de 110m2 avec terrasse où la vie à l'extérieur est aussi importante que celle que l'on a à l'intérieur. This 110m2 flat with terrace was designed in a contemporary way in Spain by Egue y Seta, the renowned interior design studio. As this was a new-build flat, there was no need to change the layout, which was functional from the start and met the owners' wishes. The designers played with colour and materials to give it a real identity. The place is modern and colourful while remaining fairly neutral.

The large 77m2 terrace, a real solarium in the sky, is the highlight of this modern flat located on the top floor and has been treated as an additional room of the flat. It is in addition to the living room balcony which is an extra outdoor space for this 110m2 flat with terrace where outdoor living is as important as indoor living.
