Cette mini maison préfabriquée en acier et bois de 40m2 est installée au Canada pour les vacances et les courts séjours. Conçue par Lloyoll Prefabs, elle a été livrée sur site avec un camion et posée sur une dalle en béton. Le plan ouvert maximise chaque centimètre carré, et propose une cuisine, une salle de bain, une chambre principale, et une chambre loft avec deux lits supplémentaires. Elle a une empreinte écologique limitée et ses larges ouvertures offre une connexion accrue avec l'extérieur.
Dans le salon, le poêle en acier assure le chauffage et des panneaux solaires ainsi que des batteries permettent de vivre hors réseaux. Cette mini maison se trouve le long de la rivière Medway, sur une propriété privée forestière. Si vous aimez la randonnée dans les forêts, faire du canoë ou du kayak sur la rivière, ou simplement vous éloigner de toute vie citadine, elle est parfaite. This 40m2 steel and wood prefabricated mini house is installed in Canada for holidays and short stays. Designed by Lloyoll Prefabs, it was delivered to site with a truck and placed on a concrete slab. The open plan maximises every square inch, and offers a kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, and a loft bedroom with two extra beds. It has a limited ecological footprint and its large openings offer increased connection to the outside.
In the living room, the steel stove provides heating and solar panels and batteries allow for off-grid living. This mini house is located along the River Medway, on a private woodland property. If you enjoy hiking in the woods, canoeing or kayaking on the river, or just getting away from city life, it is perfect.
