Cette maison de ville brutaliste de 133m2 date de 1945 et a été dessinée par l'architecte Ingrid Wallberg, formée par Le Corbusier. Elle possède quatre niveaux lumineux, dont le sous-sol bien éclairé accueille un appartement presque totalement indépendant avec sa cuisine. Sa décoration scandinave est déclinée en tons bruns, et est à la fois contemporaine et vintage. Les différents espaces sont bien répartis, entre le salon et la cuisine semi-ouverte, séparé par un mur partiel où l'on trouve une cheminée, et les zones plus intimes réparties sur tous les niveaux. Les détails originaux de la construction ont été sauvegardés et rénovés, comme les fenêtres, le parquet à chevrons, les escaliers et leurs rampes. This 133m2 brutalist townhouse dates from 1945 and was designed by the architect Ingrid Wallberg, who trained with Le Corbusier. It has four light-filled levels, including a well-lit basement with an almost completely self-contained flat and kitchen. The Scandinavian decor is in brown tones and is both contemporary and vintage. It has the charm of houses from the last century, with its staircases and large windows, discreet on the outside and warm and unexpected on the inside.
The different spaces are well organised, between the living room and the semi-open kitchen, separated by a partial wall where there is a fireplace, and the more intimate areas spread over all the levels. The original details of the building have been preserved and renovated, such as the windows, the herringbone parquet floor, the stairs and their handrails. The neutral tones used for the decor give this Swedish house a particularly relaxing atmosphere.
