Cette maison à la décoration méditerranéenne aux couleur de la terre a été conçue par le studio d'architecture MAAF, à Murcia en Espagne. Elle a une surface de 300m2 et des lignes sobres, où la pierre sèche joue sa partition sur la façade contemporaine. Il s'agit d'une maison familiale de plain-pied, dont les tonalités naturelles modèrent avec douceur, la lumière intense de la région. Le projet a été réalisé avec des matières et des fournisseurs locaux. Elle présente à la fois une atmosphère traditionnelle avec ses coloris qui mixent les tonalités de beige et de terracotta, mais également une modernité incontestable avec son mobilier durable.

La priorité a été de créer une maison contemporaine, connectée à son environnement, mais avec des matériaux qui s'inspirent de l'architecture traditionnelle de la région. Tradition, lumière, design et efficacité sont les quatre piliers fondamentaux qui sont omniprésents dans ce projet. Mediterranean decor with earthy colours by Kave Home

This house, with its Mediterranean decor and earthy colours, was designed by the MAAF architecture studio in Murcia, Spain. It has a surface area of 300m2 and sober lines, where the dry stone plays its part in the contemporary façade. It is a single-storey family house, whose natural tones gently moderate the intense light of the region. The project was carried out with local materials and suppliers. It has a traditional atmosphere with its colours mixing shades of beige and terracotta, but also an undeniable modernity with its durable furniture.

The priority was to create a contemporary house, connected to its environment, but with materials that are inspired by the traditional architecture of the region. Tradition, light, design and efficiency are the four fundamental pillars that are omnipresent in this project.
