Cet appartement avec poutres à Paris a été rénové par Camille Hermand Architectures avec le bleu décliné dans toutes les pièces. D'une surface de 130m2, il est situé à Saint-Germain des Près, et a été entièrement réaménagé pour une famille. Il bénéficie d'une belle vue sur l’église Saint-Sulpice, et sur ce quartier si prisé des Parisiens. Lorsque ses propriétaires en ont fait l'acquisition, il était totalement délabré, mais son emplacement et sa vue recelaient un énorme potentiel. Ils ont confié aux professionnels du studio d'architecture, le soin de le rénover entièrement.
Comme il dispose de quatre grandes fenêtres en façade qui le rendent très lumineux, l'architecte Camille Hermand a décidé de positionner ici les pièces communes, salon et cuisine. En abattant les cloisons des petites pièces qui le constituaient autrefois, elle a découvert de magnifiques poutres porteuses qui ont été soigneusement conservées. Le style de la rénovation est simple et intemporel, car les beaux volumes et matériaux, comme le parquet à chevrons, le marbre de la cuisine, les zelliges de la salle de bain, suffisent à donner une âme à cet appartement avec poutres à Paris. This flat with beams in Paris was renovated by Camille Hermand Architectures with blue in every room. With a surface area of 130m2, it is located in Saint-Germain des Près, and has been entirely refurbished for a family. It benefits from a beautiful view of the Saint-Sulpice church, and of this area so popular with Parisians. When the owners bought it, it was totally dilapidated, but its location and view had enormous potential. They entrusted the professionals of the architecture studio with the task of completely renovating it.
As it has four large windows in the front of the building, which make it very bright, the architect Camille Hermand decided to position the family rooms, living room and kitchen, here. When she removed the partitions from the small rooms that once made up the building, she discovered magnificent load-bearing beams that have been carefully preserved. The style of the renovation is simple and timeless, as the beautiful volumes and materials, such as the herringbone parquet floor, the marble in the kitchen and the zelliges in the bathroom, are enough to give a soul to this beamed flat in Paris.
