Ce petit appartement d'à peine 60m2 a reçu un aménagement sur mesure avec sa rénovation menée de main de maître par l'architecte d'intérieur Pia Capdevila. Elle a transformé ce lieu autrefois sombre et étouffant, mais plein de potentiel, en espace lumineux avec de jolis détails vintages, comme les sols d'origine, soigneusement conservés. Les boiseries ont été peintes en blanc, et les cloisons abattues dans cet appartement à Barcelone.
La rénovation a été effectuée pour un jeune couple sans enfants, et grâce à l'aménagement sur mesure, ce qui était autrefois un espace cloisonné avec trois pièces, s'est transformé en un appartement plein de charme, où la circulation est fluide.
