Cette maison sur deux niveaux est celle l'artiste l'artiste et plasticienne Natalia Cacchiarelli, qui vit en Argentine avec son fils et qui s'est installée là à l'année après l'avoir utilisée comme atelier. Ce qui n'était au départ qu'une maison qu'elle occupait de temps à autre lorsqu'elle revenait dans le pays, est devenue sa maison permanente avec son fils lorsqu'elle a décidé de revenir définitivement à Buenos Aires. C'est en 2006, que son amie et associée de l'atelier MOCA, l'architecte Mariana Cardinali (qui est malheureusement décédée), a travaillé sur ce projet, et lui a proposé d'y investir.
La maison sur deux niveaux a une hauteur de 6 mètres, et est largement éclairée par les nombreuses baies vitrées installées sur la façade qui donne sur le jardin. Son architecture a été influencée par le travail de Clorindo Testa. Sa décoration à la fois simple, design et vintage, est un mélange chaleureux qui convient parfaitement à cette maison, et reflète l'esprit créatif de Natalia, qui y a également installée une sélection d'œuvres d'amis qu'elle admire. This two-storey house is the home of artist Natalia Cacchiarelli, who lives in Argentina with her son and has made it her year-round home after using it as a studio. What started out as a house that she occupied from time to time when she returned to the country, became her permanent home with her son when she decided to return finally to Buenos Aires. It was in 2006 that her friend and associate from the MOCA studio, architect Mariana Cardinali (who has sadly passed away), worked on this project and suggested that she invest in it.
The two-storey house is 6 metres high, and is widely lit by the many windows installed on the façade overlooking the garden. Its architecture was influenced by the work of Clorindo Testa. The decor is simple, designer and vintage, a warm mix that suits the house perfectly, and reflects the creative spirit of Natalia, who has also installed a selection of works by friends she admires.
