Les professionnels de Cometa Architects ont axé leur réflexion sur une décoration épurée dans ce mini loft exemplaire et design de 56m2 à Barcelone, dont les atouts principaux sont la grande terrasse et sa vue sur la mer. C'est près de la marina olympique de la ville, que la rénovation de cet appartement, la résidence secondaire d'un couple tombé amoureux de sa vue sur mer, a consisté en un premier temps à éliminer toutes les cloisons intérieures. Il a en outre l'avantage de se trouver au dernier étage du bâtiment, et d'avoir donc une terrasse sans aucun vis-à-vis, ni en face, ni au-dessus de lui.
Le plan carré de l'appartement est organisé autour d'un module compact en bois regroupant les toilettes, le dressing, la buanderie et les équipements techniques, en un mot, tout ce que l'on souhaite cacher dans n'importe quelle maison. Le reste est une seule et unique pièce dont l'esprit est harmonieux, entre tons de gris béton, bois, et quelques touches de couleur. The professionals at Cometa Architects have focused on a refined decor in this exemplary designer 56m2 mini loft in Barcelona, whose main assets are the large terrace and its sea view. Near the city's Olympic marina, the renovation of this flat, the second home of a couple who fell in love with its sea view, consisted firstly of eliminating all interior partitions. It has the added advantage of being on the top floor of the building, and therefore has a terrace with no opposite or above it.
The square plan of the flat is organised around a compact wooden module containing the toilets, the dressing room, the laundry room and the technical equipment, in short, everything that one would want to hide in any house. The rest is a single room with a harmonious spirit, between shades of grey concrete, wood and a few touches of colour.
