L'entreprise VABEL qui a réalisé le changement de destination du bâtiment est composée d'une équipe d'architectes, de designers et d'entrepreneurs ayant à coeur de conserver le tissu architectural de la ville.

La cuisine est meublée d'éléments en chêne foncé complétés par de la quincaillerie en laiton brossé. Le mur en pavé de verre qui sépare le salon de l'entrée a un petit air Art Déco qui est parfaitement adapté à l'histoire du bâtiment.
