Si on a la chance de posséder un balcon ou une terrasse (voire un jardin) lorsqu'on habite dans un appartement, il ne faut pas négliger son aménagement. Les années passées nous ont démontré que l'on devait repenser tous nos espaces extérieurs afin d'en tirer le meilleur, et profiter de cette opportunité de prendre l'air tout en restant chez nous. Un balcon bien aménagé en ville est donc un lieu précieux, et il serait dommage de ne pas l'optimiser. C'est Leroy Merlin qui nous propose aujourd'hui des aménagements astucieux afin d'y passer de bons moments.
C'est un balcon en longueur comme il en existe tant. On privilégie donc le mobilier de faible profondeur, comme le banc avec des coussins, ou modulable, comme la table pliante et les chaises que l'on accrochera au mur une fois les repas terminés, pour ne pas entraver la circulation. Au sol, un revêtement en caillebotis de bois, facile à installer. Ceux qui craignent l'entretien pourront se tourner vers le bois composite qui ne nécessite juste qu'un nettoyage à l'eau de temps à autre. Une extrémité du balcon accueille un mange-debout pour deux, qui reste en place et qui pourrait aussi être un endroit pour le télétravail lorsqu'il fait assez beau. On n'oubliera pas si c'est une option pour vous, de faire de l'ombre sur les écrans, à l'aide par exemple d'une voile d'ombrage. On exploite les murs pour accrocher objets et plantes, on ajoute de la verdure avec des pots, et voici un balcon bien aménagé en ville que vous ne pourrez plus quitter !

The floor is covered in easy-to-install wooden tiles. Those who are worried about maintenance can opt for wood composite, which only needs to be cleaned with water from time to time. At one end of the balcony there's an eating area for two, which stays in place and could also be a place for teleworking when the weather's nice enough. If that's an option for you, don't forget to shade the screens with a shade sail, for example.
