Cette maison de ville avec deux piscines est celle d'un artiste qui s'est installé avec sa famille dans la région du Maresme, en Catalogne espagnole. Elle est construite sur trois niveaux, que l'on découvre une fois passée la magnifique porte en bois massif qui donne sur une rue tranquille du centre ville historique. Deux patios intimes permettent de vivre aussi bien à l'intérieur de cette maison de ville avec deux piscines, une à l'intérieur chauffée, et une à l'extérieur.
Les architectes d'intérieur Maribel Caballero et Ismael Barajas, du studio Círculo Cuadrado Design, ont été chargés de la rénovation de cette maison ancienne, en la modernisant mais en conservant son essence d'origine. Par exemple, on a conservé les magnifiques plafonds catalans caractéristiques, ainsi que les anciennes structures de la maison. La décoration décline le style méditerranéen et naturel, c'est une maison à la fois élégante et simple, où il doit faire bon vivre au coeur de la ville. Photo : Mercè Gost
This town house with two swimming pools belongs to an artist who settled with his family in the Maresme region in Spanish Catalonia. It is built on three levels, which you discover once you pass through the magnificent solid wood door opening onto a quiet street in the historic town centre. Two intimate patios make it possible to live both inside and outside this townhouse with two swimming pools, one heated indoors and one outdoors.
Interior designers Maribel Caballero and Ismael Barajas, from the Círculo Cuadrado Design studio, were commissioned to renovate this old house, modernising it but retaining its original essence. For example, the magnificent, characteristic Catalan ceilings have been preserved, as well as the old structures of the house.
