Ce mini appartement de 30m2 possède une chambre séparée malgré sa petite surface. Il est issu de la rénovation à Barcelone, d'un appartement autrefois vieillot et cloisonné afin de créer un lieu actuel. C'est une entreprise spécialisée dans ce type de projet,  Renta Invest qui a pris en charge tous les travaux et la décoration. Il s'agissait de créer un lieu à l'esprit à la fois industriel et rustique, chaleureux et contemporain.

Alors que personne ne désirait acheter cet appartement délabré, l'entreprise en a vu immédiatement le potentiel. En abattant les cloisons, et en créant un nouveau plan, elle a fait de ce lieu abandonné mais qui se trouvait au 7ème étage d'un bâtiment avec une belle vue sur la ville, un endroit accueillant et agréable à vivre. Tous les espaces ont été largement ouverts pour profiter de la double exposition. This 30m2 mini apartment features a separate bedroom despite its small size. It comes from the renovation of a formerly outdated and partitioned apartment in Barcelona to create a contemporary space. Renta Invest, a company specialized in such projects, took charge of all the works and decoration. The goal was to design a place with an industrial and rustic yet warm and contemporary feel.

While nobody desired to buy this dilapidated apartment, the company immediately saw its potential. By tearing down walls and creating a new layout, they turned this abandoned place, located on the 7th floor of a building with a beautiful city view, into a welcoming and pleasant living space.
