Un grand appartement raffiné avec une immense terrasse

Ariana Ahmad, architecte et décoratrice d'intérieur, a aménagé et décoré ce grand appartement raffiné d'une surface de 270m2, dans un immeuble à l'architecture de style anglais qui possède un parc privé avec jardin conçu par le paysagiste britannique Chris Beardshaw. Les propriétaires sont une famille avec un enfant, qui a fait entièrement confiance à cette professionnelle pour réaliser un intérieur à la décoration classique et contemporaine. Il s'agissait au départ de deux appartements distincts où un travail de réunion harmonieuse et un plan optimisé était indispensable.

Depuis la vaste entrée, s'ouvre l'espace cheminée, la salle à manger et le salon. Une partie plus intime et privée se cache derrière un mur à claire-voie et sa porte dérobée qui mène au bureau et aux chambres. La palette de coloris sélectionnée repose sur une combinaison de teintes claires et naturelles, et d'autres plus sombres pour éviter la monotonie. L'art joue un rôle central dans ce grand appartement raffiné. Dans le salon, des vases en céramique de l'artiste française Véronique Ganne, et les diptyques de Daniela Busarello, une artiste d'origine brésilienne basée à Paris, côtoient le mobilier contemporain. A large, refined flat with a huge terrace

Architect and interior designer Ariana Ahmad designed and decorated this refined 270m2 flat in an English-style building with a private park and garden designed by British landscape architect Chris Beardshaw. The owners are a family with one child, who have placed their complete trust in this professional to create an interior that is both classic and contemporary. Initially, there were two separate flats, which needed to be brought together harmoniously and the layout optimised.

The large entrance hall opens onto the fireplace area, the dining room and the living room. A more intimate, private area is hidden behind a louvered wall with a back door leading to the study and bedrooms. The colour palette chosen is based on a combination of light, natural shades, with some darker ones to avoid monotony. Art plays a central role in this large, refined flat. In the living room, ceramic vases by French artist Véronique Ganne and walls decorated with diptychs by Daniela Busarello, a Brazilian artist based in Paris, stand alongside contemporary furniture.
