Cet appartement sans cuisine près de Paris, à Boulogne-Billancourt est né de la division d'un espace de 130m2 en deux appartements. Celui qui nous intéresse aujourd'hui a une surface de 60m2 et la cuisine se trouvant dans l'autre appartement adjacent, il a été donc nécessaire de la créer totalement. Ce qui a été réalisé avec talent par Charlotte du studio de décoration intérieure Happy Pog.
L'appartement présentait l'avantage de ne pas avoir de mur porteur, mais seulement un poteau porteur, ce qui a permis d'optimiser son plan en en faisant un trois-pièces familial. Un grand salon, une cuisine ouverte, deux chambres, une salle de bain, et une entrée séparée sont désormais disponibles dans cette surface pourtant assez restreinte. La cuisine est totalement noire, avec des touches de bois et a été entièrement dessinée et fabriquée sur mesure. Comme elle est ouverte, Happy Pog a essayé de cacher le plus possible l’ensemble de l’électroménager. La décoration contemporaine avec des touches de couleur dynamise l'ensemble des pièces.
This flat without a kitchen near Paris, in Boulogne-Billancourt, was created by dividing a 130m2 space into two flats. The one we're interested in today has a surface area of 60m2, and as the kitchen is in the other adjacent flat, it was necessary to create it from scratch. This was skilfully achieved by Charlotte from the interior design studio Happy Pog.
The flat had the advantage of not having any load-bearing walls, but only one load-bearing pillar, which made it possible to optimise its layout by turning it into a two bedroom family apartment. A large living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate entrance are now available in this relatively small space. The kitchen is completely black, with touches of wood, and was entirely designed and made to measure. As it is open plan, Happy Pog has tried to hide all the appliances as far as possible. The contemporary decor, with its splashes of colour, brings a sense of dynamism to all the rooms.
