Elle a été construite dans les années 1970 par un ancien combattant, Adrian Billings qui a été envoyé en Tasmanie pour se remettre de 4 ans en tant que prisonnier de guerre à Changi, Singapour, puis repensée par un architecte de Crump Architects et entièrement rénovée. Le style original de la maison a été respecté et complété par une vision et des ajouts modernes afin de lui donner l'allure d'une cabane de luxe. Elle est répartie sur trois niveaux avec une grande terrasse extérieure et une petite terrasse surélevée. Entourée d'un très joli jardin à l'esprit zen, elle se trouve au sommet des falaises surplombant la magique Spring Beach et l'île Maria.

The original style of the house has been respected and complemented with modern vision and additions to give it the feel of a luxury cabin. It is spread over three levels with a large outdoor terrace and a small raised terrace. Surrounded by a beautiful Zen-style garden, it sits atop the cliffs overlooking magical Spring Beach and Maria Island.
