Ce loft de 80m2 au style brutaliste a été réalisé par l'architecte d'intérieur Alexander Tischler et propose une décoration sobre qui joue sur l'accord entre le béton et le cuir. Le bois vient également adoucir cette impression d'environnement brut particulièrement dans la chambre du couple des propriétaires de cet appartement. C'était une volonté de ces derniers d'habiter dans un lieu rempli de matériaux industriels, et de pouvoir y vivre, y travailler, et exposer leurs collections.
L'appartement était sans murs porteurs ce qui autorisait de créer un lieu vraiment adapté à ses occupants. Le vaste espace de réception permet de recevoir les nombreux amis du couple. Il a été décidé de laisser les tuyaux au plafond de ce loft de 80m2 afin d'accentuer le côté industriel des lieux. Toutefois, la décoration et l'aménagement contemporains sont très sophistiqués mélangeant les carreaux de grès cérame foncé et un ameublement élégant, où le cuir fauve du canapé vient trancher sur cet univers gris.
This 80m2 brutalist-style loft was designed by interior architect Alexander Tischler and features a sober decor that plays on the harmony between concrete and leather. Wood also softens the impression of a raw environment, particularly in the bedroom of the couple who own the flat. They wanted to live in a place full of industrial materials, where they could live, work and exhibit their collections.
The flat had no load-bearing walls, so it was possible to create a space that was truly adapted to its occupants. The vast reception area is perfect for entertaining the couple's many friends. It was decided to leave the pipes in the ceiling of this 80m2 loft to accentuate the industrial feel of the space. However, the contemporary decor and layout are highly sophisticated, with a mix of dark porcelain stoneware tiles and elegant furnishings, with the tawny leather of the sofa standing out against the grey surroundings.
