Si ce deux-pièces de 45m2 près de Paris était en très mauvais état, ses propriétaires ont su en déceler le potentiel en le visitant. Lumineux et bien placé, il suffisait de confier sa rénovation à des professionnels réputés pour en tirer le meilleur en quatre mois de travaux. C'est pour cela que le projet à été confié à Studio Castille, qui a réussi à en faire un lieu ouvert, et contemporain sans oublier la couleur. Des teintes subtiles de terracotta et de vert se retrouvent dans la chambre et la salle de bain, pendant que le salon avec sa cuisine ouverte reste dans des tons plus neutres.
Les architectes ont fait table rase du passé, en revoyant totalement le plan d'origine et en repensant totalement la disposition des pièces. Dès l'entrée, le regard est attiré par le salon, très lumineux grâce à ses grandes fenêtres. Pour agrandir l'espace, les professionnels ont choisi d'installer des fenêtres intérieures et des verrières, ce qui change totalement la perception des volumes. Although this 45m2 one-bedroom apartment near Paris was in a very poor state of repair, its owners saw its potential when they visited it. Bright and well located, all they had to do was entrust its renovation to reputable professionals to get the best out of it in just four months of work. That's why the project was entrusted to Studio Castille, who succeeded in making it an open, contemporary space without forgetting the colour. Subtle shades of terracotta and green are found in the bedroom and bathroom, while the living room with its open-plan kitchen remains in more neutral tones.
The architects have wiped the slate clean by completely revising the original floor plan and rethinking the layout of the rooms. As soon as you enter, the eye is drawn to the living room, which has plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows. To enlarge the space, the professionals chose to install interior windows and glass partitions, completely changing the perception of the volumes. It's hard to believe you're in a small space, and that's exactly what we set out to achieve.
