Un appartement de 40m2 avec une chambre et sa verrière

Cet appartement de 40m2 avec une chambre éclairée par une verrière, comme une boîte ajoutée dans le plan, était totalement à inventer. C'est la décoratrice et photographe Margo Terentyeva qui s'est chargée de réaliser ce projet qui lui tenait particulièrement à coeur, puisque l'on se trouve ici dans son propre appartement conçu à partir d'un plateau en béton nu, où elle s'est créé un deux-pièces agréable et fonctionnel.

Cet appartement se situe dans un immeuble totalement neuf, et elle souhaitait conserver une atmosphère aérée et lumineuse, et surtout donner une sensation d'espace dans une surface relativement réduite. Elle a nommé cet appartement Dark Side - le côté sombre, en raison de la palette de couleurs utilisée, comme le bleu/gris foncé de la chambre, qui lui fait penser à l'océan. Pour correspondre à ses désirs de tranquillité visuelle et de simplicité, elle s'est abstenue d'installer trop de meubles et d'objets dans cet appartement de 40m2 avec une chambre, pensé idéalement pour elle. A 40m2 flat with a bedroom and a glass partition

This 40m2 flat with a bedroom lit by a glass partition, like a box added to the floor plan, had to be completely invented. The decorator and photographer Margo Terentyeva was responsible for this project, which was particularly close to her heart, as this is her own flat, designed from a bare concrete floor, where she has created a pleasant and functional one-bedroom.

The flat is located in a completely new building, and she wanted to maintain an airy, light atmosphere, and above all give a feeling of space in a relatively small area. She named the flat Dark Side, because of the colour palette used, such as the dark blue/grey of the bedroom, which reminds her of the ocean. In keeping with her desire for visual tranquillity and simplicity, she has refrained from installing too much furniture and objects in this 40m2 flat with one bedroom, which was ideally designed for her.
