Greenkub, l'entreprise spécialisée en ADU, nous présente aujourd'hui cette mini maison de 30m2 française à installer dans son jardin. C'est une nouvelle réalisation de cette marque qui se distingue par ses lignes cubiques, et son revêtement en bois clair. Elle a été réalisée pour une famille en Seine-Maritime qui souhaitait créer une chambre d’hôte dans leur jardin pour accueillir des touristes. La priorité était d’installer des baies vitrées pour maximiser l’entrée de lumière naturelle dans le studio. Les propriétaires ont également exprimé le souhait d’avoir une terrasse mezzanine pour profiter pleinement de leur jardin.
Cette mini maison de 30m2 française possède un espace salon / cuisine avec un canapé convertible, et un espace chambre à l’étage avec une terrasse de 9m2, et peut donc accueillir quatre personnes. Il est décoré et aménagé avec goût par la propriétaire qui a privilégié les couleurs claires afin de ne pas encombrer l'espace. Photo : Adrien Boscher
Greenkub, the company specialising in ADU, today presents this 30m2 French mini house for setting up in your garden. It's a new creation from this brand, distinguished by its cubic lines and light wood cladding. It was designed for a family in Seine-Maritime who wanted to create a bedroom in their garden to accommodate tourists. The priority was to install bay windows to maximise the amount of natural light entering the studio. The owners also wanted a mezzanine terrace to make the most of their garden.
This 30m2 French mini house has a lounge/kitchen area with a sofa bed, and a bedroom area upstairs with a 9m2 terrace, so it can sleep four people. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished by the owner, who has opted for light colours to keep the space uncluttered. Photo : Adrien Boscher
